Looking for a low-code / no-code platform to build a scalable MVP without heavy infrastructure or dev costs

I’m trying to build an MVP for a product idea that I’m currently working on as a part-time project. The goal is to launch something functional first and gradually scale it if the idea gains traction.

To speed things up, I’ve experimented with AI-assisted builders and dev tools such as Replit and Lovable. They helped me generate the initial website, basic backend structure, and some working functionality pretty quickly.

However, I keep running into the same issue once I try to move beyond a simple prototype:

The generated architecture is not very scalable

Documentation and structure are often inconsistent

When traffic spikes or multiple users access the app simultaneously, the web app tends to crash

Fixing these issues usually requires bringing in traditional development support, which becomes expensive for an MVP that’s still being validated

What I’m trying to find is a platform that can help with:

Building a functional MVP quickly (low-code or no-code is fine)

Handling multiple concurrent users without the app breaking

Providing a reasonably scalable backend or infrastructure

Keeping infrastructure and maintenance costs low

Allowing me to continue improving the product over time without having to rebuild everything later

I’m not looking for a fully managed enterprise stack, just something practical that founders or solo builders commonly use to launch early products without worrying about infrastructure too much.

For those who have built MVPs this way, which platforms or stacks have worked well for you?
Are there specific tools that balance speed of development and scalability better than typical AI code generators?
