ARTICLE AD BOX
(Caveat: This is within Drupal. so it's not entirely under my control. Still, it's just HTML, not a Drupal issue.)
I have a webform with an acknowledgment checkbox. But the acknowledgment has some structured items under it (a bulleted list of things to read).

The checkbox looks to be floating in a vacuum.
Is there a better, more accessible way to structure this for text readers but also for visual users?
Can I leave it as-is, as long as the checbosx itself has some sort of identifier that tells text readers what the checbox element itself is indicating? Or should I re-arrange the design?
