Rider can't locate .NET Core

UPD: i execute sudo apt uninstall dotnet to re-install it, but now i even cant install it using apt: sudo apt install dotnet ``` Building dependency tree… Done Reading state information… Done Package dotnet is not available, but is mentioned in the dependency list of another package.
