I'm currently working on my school project Meeteract. It's a simple Online Conference Assistant which uses FFmpeg (as an external executable via subprocess) to convert audio, pyannote/speaker-diarization-community-1 to diarize speakers, Whisper to transcribe audio segments and, finally, Qwen to summarize meetings and answer questions from user.
I'm wondering how can I build this whole project (preferably in one file). I tried to use pyinstaller, but it seems to be incompatible with llama-cpp in some way. Nuitka throws an error related to the torch library. cx_Freeze is also couldn't help me.
