Programmer Interactions Improving Literacy

I am writing a an academic article concerning how interactions between programmers improve the literacy of programmers in the C++ language, with regards to how literacy among programmers improves the ability to communicate with other programmers through written code, not just through comments.

The first stop on my article will include sourcing Refactoring 2nd Ed by Martin Fowler.

Next, I will reference Code Reading: The Open Source Perspective by Diomidis Spinellis.
