js tooltip that shows up when you over an image? [closed]

i'm looking for a js tooltip that shows when you hover over an image? like the title attribute in html, or for the lack of a better example, like the tooltip that shows up when you hover over an item in the minecraft inventory, just customisable through css and follows the cursor. i've tried finding one posted somewhere but i can only find ones that only work with text only, which isn't what i'm looking for and doesn't work for me.

i'm not skilled enough in js myself (i don't really know much js, i can do the css myself though), so any help is appreciated ^^;
