Generally PDF is not reversible as you wish. It is a distilled RGB printer format, long ago made unpotable by Adobe from UTF-7 Document Format to encoded binary streams. So the colour is often not inline as it used to be and of course PDFA makes that worse. There are basically so many permutations in a modern PDF to make the task difficult, so no, there is no quick fix. Ask Apryse support.
