Is it possible to change the app name to match the selected app icon (like Signal) in Expo?

I'm working on an Expo app that supports multiple app icons (e.g. Notes, Weather icons).

Is it possible to also change the app name to match the selected icon so the label updates together with the icon?

For example:

Note Icon → "Notes"

Weather Icon → "Weather"

I'm not asking about any specific platform behavior here — just whether Expo supports this concept today, plans to support it, or if it’s intentionally out of scope.
