For some reason Savannah Browser (for Android) does not display the page full in height:

I have following styles applied:
html, body { height: 100%; }The page content has opacity: 0 set and is set to 1 when the DOM content has been loaded. Nevertheless the page content has its final height (like in screenshot 2).
When another page with a higher height has been loaded, the page is displayed in this height.
Another page looks like this (even though height: 100% is applied to html and body tags):
How can I fix this and make the page/viewport 100% height of the window?
