Stupid question, i know, but.
Am making an android quiz application for a school project.
Where I need to disable other apps from drawing over mine, to reduce cheating. (i.e. chat heads and bubbles)

Are there any plugins, app-properties, or ways to disable them?
If not, is there a way to at least detect them from being focused?

No, cordova's "pause & resume" events don't detect them.
The window's "blur & focus" events don't work.
Application is almost done, so, no I will not rewrite it on another framework just to please ya'll.
I have 2-3 days left to finish this.
