Most RSS implementations are easy to implement because that site maintains a database or index of the content. Exposing an RSS or atom feed from an index is a trivial concept. Given your post, perhaps your blog posts are not stored in a content database or you are not maintaining an index of the posts. I would start there. When you have the data if you still need our assistance, then post a new question. If you need assistance creating an index from existing posts, then you will need to provide some information on how your posts are stored and what code language you wish to use.
