Can anyone give me any advice on how to receive an opt from a deactivated number or lost cell phone is it possible by using the IP of that device if had any advice would help to get into my old accounts like my emails and and prepaid card accounts my old phone number is linked to Whatsapp and Google but I have yet to figure out the successful way to go about getting the opt to be sent to the old number and redirected in a way that I could receive it
