GDELT text data extract for a specific country

I intend to check the inflation-related data for the UK. And I was trying to get it from the GDELT huge database in Google BigQuery. As of my research, there is only a news link available at the moment, but I need the news title and text. So, my question is, is it possible somehow? And I tried to restrict the locations within the selected country, but after downloading the CSV, I found out that there are also a few other countries' data sources available.
