Do you know is there any reliable way to emulate android kernel for kernel and exploit development [closed]

Im just beginning of my Mobile security research career. So cannot afford real android hardware to test and research, that's why I need an emulator,

I tried:
- Genymotion
- Cuttlefish
- Android sdk Emulator
- Waydroid

But each of them has it own problems. First of all I need all kernel level protection like SMAP/SMEP/KASLR to emulate but non-of-them can emulate kernel with that features or maybe I couldn't do it. Is there any Kernel developer or Exploit developers have experience with that emulation technologies??
