Custom outlook add-in for mobile appointment

i have a custom outlook addin that is used to track the mail/appointments to d365 crm. the addin is displayed for appointment (organizer/attendee) pc/web by using extension points

AppointmentAttendeeCommandSurface AppointmentOrganizerCommandSurface

for mobile,

MobileLogEventAppointmentAttendee

but in mobile, im facing an issue.

this is the extension point, im using to display the addin in mobile outlook appointment. the addin works when i open it for appointment (organizer/attendee) without attachments. when the appointment has attachments, the addin just crashes before executing anything, crashes before officeJS loading.

tried removing the attachment retrieval functions in code, but no use as it crashes before that.
