I am facing an issue with a custom feature on my WordPress website that uses sound to perform a specific function (related to phone speaker cleaning). It was working fine earlier, but recently users have started reporting inconsistent results.

WordPress (latest version)
Kadence theme
Custom JavaScript for audio playback
I’m trying to understand if this could be related to browser autoplay policies, device limitations, or something within the theme affecting audio behavior.
Has anyone experienced similar issues with audio playback on WordPress? Any suggestions on how to debug or improve consistency across devices would be really helpful.
