An AI Assistant Chatbot based on RAG for University?

so one of the biggest hurdles I currently face is navigating through my University website to find the relevant data like fee structure for my course(which is updated bi annually) and other information like scholarships, timetables, LMS logins etc and honestly the website is just a mess overall, I'm planning on making an Ai Assistant which will be based on RAG Architecture and will have a complete vector database for the NUML website using advanced data scraping techniques. Do you guys think this is a feasible idea and also how should I go about pitching it to my university as an addition to the official website for university.
