I'm working on a campus security and attendance tracking project called the AIMAC System. It’s designed to fix gate vulnerabilities and manual tracking gaps using NFC readers and physical scanners at all entrances. I’ve already wrapped up the basic foundation and the feasibility report, but now I’m feeling a bit stuck on how to transition into the actual development phase. Does anyone have experience designing or implementing a security and management system like this? I'd love some advice on how to properly structure and build out the architecture.
